City Catering was asked to create a low cost/high gourmet meal for the summer months. We spent the morning grilling on the rooftop deck at Northwest Cable News and served up the Santa Maria BBQ. The food bill came to only $80 for 12 people leaving some money in your wallet for wine or beer.
