Eating fresh, local and organic has come of age. Long heralded as a way of being healthy, fresh, local and organic is also a great way to support local farms and reduce your carbon emissions.

BIG NIGHT REPORT

We held our first Big Night at Little City on April 3, 2008. The guests arrived unsure about what the night would hold. By the end of the evening most were asking if the next Big Night had been scheduled yet (it has).

In our Big Night Report, you'll find the wine list with tasting notes, the menu and some advice on pairing wine and food. Additionally, after a few requests, we decided to feature the halibut recipe in this issue's recipe section on Page Two.
